Common questions about implementation support

A health check is the right starting point in almost all cases - even for a rescue. It takes 2–4 weeks and gives you a structured diagnosis: what's behind schedule, why, what the realistic options are, and what it will take to get to go-live. From there, you can decide how much additional support you need. We won't sell you a rescue engagement until we've done the assessment and can tell you what's actually broken.

Yes - we've worked alongside existing system integrators in many support engagements. Our role is to support the client organisation, not to replace or undermine the SI. We focus on governance, client-side readiness, and the gaps the SI is not addressing - and we aim to help the project succeed, not to create more friction.

We assess six areas: technical readiness (environments, integrations, performance testing), data quality (migration completeness, reconciliation sign-off), functional completeness (open defects, workaround risk), training completion and user confidence, cutover plan quality and rehearsal status, and support readiness (helpdesk setup, escalation paths). Each area gets a clear RAG status with specific actions required before go-live.

For urgent situations we can typically have consultants on-site or working remotely within 3–5 business days of engagement. A standalone health check typically takes 2–4 weeks and sits in the low five-figure range. Embedded rescue or PMO support is priced based on duration and team size - typically as a monthly fixed fee. We scope the engagement clearly after the initial assessment call so you know exactly what you're investing before any work starts. For urgent situations, we can mobilise within days.
